Apparently, a quarter of all resolutions made are derailed by the end of January. So, for good reason, we make our resolutions on February 1st. Each of us have one personal and professional┬áresolution for 2016. We’re logging it here and will hopefully continue to post our progress…stay tuned!

SAE (her’s is hefty!)
Personal:
HEALTH
– Exercise 5X/week
– Healthy, light lunches, healthy breakfast
– No alcohol on weekdays
FAM
– More quality time with kids
MISC.
– More community service, social time and outside professional events
Professional:
– Maintain current client relations
– Better oversight of quality of work
– Grow, build quality clients
– Design Thinking Training

LEEANN
Personal: Be more active
Professional: Be more aggressive

IAN
Personal: Walk to work
Professional: Keep Desktop clean

MARIA
Personal: Learn guitar
Professional: Increase confidence and focus

ZENOBIA
Personal: Make more art
Professional: Come in earlier, be more organized

ELI
Personal: 20-30 miles of running/week
Professional: Use international & professional experiences more often

STEVE
Personal: Be healthier and more active
Professional: Explain work and critiques better

ASHLEY
Personal:
– Put away clean laundry as soon as its done
– Finish 30 Before 30 list of to-do’s
Professional: Be more financially savvy, implement Profit First system
